TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ALL SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS, DEADLINE TO CONFIRM SPONSORSHIP IS March 23, 2026. Sponsorships are available to members only through the first right of refusal deadline through Mar 8, 2026. Non GHCOC members may sponsor at a 20% increase after the first right of refusal window has expired or join and receive 25+ freebies with membership perks as well as 15% as a first-time member advertiser. If the Chamber were to cancel an event, options would be discussed for rescheduling. If the event was not rescheduled, the member would be responsible for paying 80% of the commitment from promotions received leading up to the event.
