Lead Explosion

The 10th Annual Lead Explosion will take place on June 25 at the Baylor Club President’s Suite and is a joint event hosted by the Greater Hewitt Chamber and Women of Waco networking organization which consists of both individual and group networking. YES, men are encouraged to register!

The evening kicks off with cocktails followed by structured networking that enables attendees to reach a large group of local business leaders all at once.

The registration is limited to 3 per category and 1 per business (only 3 banks, 3 realtors, etc…)

Sponsorships are industry exclusive and available to GHCOC and Women of Waco members only.

Presenting Sponsorship $350 – Business will be recognized as “event presented by” your business

Presenting sponsors only may place items on the attendee tables. Sponsorship includes attendee representative dinner and prominent logo recognition on:

  • program recognition board displayed at event
  • All electronic event promotions
  • Agenda
  • Up to 4 minutes minutes of speaking time before event kicks off
  • Marketing table to display promotional products and any activities to draw attention to your area!

Event Sponsors $120 (7 Available) Business receives one a dinner space and logo recognition on:

  • electronic event promotions
  • name recognition on event signage and chamber/wow website
  • two-minute spotlight
  • Marketing table to display promotional products and any activities to draw attention to your area!

Cocktail Sponsors $90 (8 Available) – Business receives name recognition on electronic event promotions and chamber/wow website; sponsorship includes attendee representative dinner.

  • April 1 — Early-bird registration open for GHC and Women of Waco members at $50 (limited to one per business/3 per category)

  • June 1 — Starting June 1, member registration is $55 (limited to one per business/3 per category).

  • June 1 — Non-member registration opens, and tickets are $70 (limited to one per business/3 per category).
