August 20, 2020 – Waco, TX – Christian Women’s Job Corp of McLennan County is excited to be a member of Greater Hewitt Chamber. “CWJC Waco” is a dynamic part of the Waco community and serves women over the age of 18 throughout McLennan County. At CWJC, any woman, no matter their needs or background, can receive the support and skills she desires to take the next steps in her education and career.
CWJC provides 100% free classes covering a variety of topics: computer skills, finances, wellness, personal development, resume building, interview skills, boundaries, Bible study, GED tutoring/test prep, and more. Pairing these courses with mentoring and individual care means that each woman has the resources she needs to meet her goals and achieve her dreams.
CWJC thrives on community partnerships and the support of our generous donors. Just like so much of our community, CWJC’s needs during this pandemic are many. CWJC will continue to thrive in our online structure throughout this season and needs the support of our community to continue giving excellent care and classes.
