Join us on June 10, 2023 at Warren Park as food trucks battle it out for who has the best burger/sandwich at this family-friendly community event featuring live music, vendors, a kids zone, cornhole tournament, pepper eating contest, free wifi and much more! Watch for instructional signage to guide you to ticket sales and activities.

Thank you for joining us for our very first community Battle of the Burgers as we kick off Summer! Electricity available to the FIRST FIVE food trucks/restaurants. All entry tickets will be sold to the public through the Greater Hewitt Chamber.
Trucks/restaurants will not sell items for cash/card payments to the public until 7:00 p.m., when your full menu / drink sales are permitted. Burger/Sandwich entries should be 4 oz. protein portions. Trucks/Restaurants may sell full menu/drinks from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (optional). Trucks will select one burger/sandwich with a side to serve to the public between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

6:30 pm Voting ends and ticket submissions tallied, Awards to follow for Best Overall Entry (taste and presentation – judges will cut all entries), People’s Choice (most tickets submitted) Overall Entry and Most Creative! Payments will be made to Trucks/Restaurants evening of by check.

2023 Vendor Sign Up!
Vendors are responsible for bringing any needed tables, chairs, tents and electricity. WiFi available. Gates will open at 2:00 p.m., and vendors must be in place with cars parked in general parking area no later than 3:00 p.m. Vehicles will not be allowed through the front vendor entrance gate after 2:30 p.m. due to safety. The event will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (vendors are welcome to stay to sell until 9:00 p.m.). No tearing down until 7:00 p.m.
Exclusive to one vendor per company. Vendors and all persons associated are expected to practice professional behavior and may be asked to leave event immediately by the hosting organization. Vendors are expected to be respectful of others’ property and avoid conflict. Vendors are required to park in general parking by 3:00 pm once unloading/set-up is complete.
Please note that advertising/sponsorships/vendor reservations are not refundable as dollars go toward ongoing community development efforts.
By registering, I will not hold the Greater Hewitt Chamber, City of Hewitt or its members, committee, staff or volunteers responsible for damages or injury incurred during the Battle of the Burgers event on June 10, 2023.
