Hewitt's Spooktacular Halloween Bash

Our 9th Annual Creekside Spooktacular Halloween Bash presented by Incommons Bank and the City of Hewitt has been set for THURSDAY, OCTOBER 31 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Warren Park in Hewitt, TX! FREE activities includes trick or treating, a costume contest sponsored by Raising Cane’s Hewitt, food trucks and more. The first 300 children will receive totes and flashlights sponsored by Baylor Scott & White and Extraco Banks! Canned goods will be accepted for local food pantries. Parking is $5/carload. Food truck costs apply.  Cash or Card accepted.

What are the rules and prizes for the costume contest?

The costume contest sponsored by Raising Cane’s Hewitt will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the Amphitheater Stage.

Categories are by age: 0-3, 4-7, 8-12 and 13+. There will also be a family category!

There will be a roped off section for each age group next to the stage. you are welcome to start lining up at 6:55 p.m.

Prizes include a gift basket with $30 in gift cards and a trophy.

Will food be available for sale?

Yes! Dave’s Burgers, GelU, and Bare Arms

Where should I park?

General admission parking and driveway entrances to the event will be in the parking field of Warren Park, just past the main entrance gate.  Parking is $5 cash or card accepted.

Vendor Opportunity!

Vendor space is $50 for members and $100 for non-members. Vendors will be supplied a 12 x 12 area. Set up and decorate a table/canopy or the back of a pick-up truck! A photo of the best decorated booth will be printed in Hewitt Express Magazine!

Food/Beverage Vendors: $100 Deposit required and may be credited towards percentage of sales donation. Member food trucks will donate 10% donation of sales back to GHCOC no later than November 7, 2024; non-member food trucks will donate 15% of sales back to chamber no later than Nov. 7, 2024.
