Nacho Daddy Car/Truck Show is set for May 17, 2025 at Warren Park!
The Greater Hewitt Chamber’s Nacho Daddy Car Show & Concert will take place May 17, 2025 at Warren Park in Hewitt, TX!
Join us for live music, a car/truck show, Dart em’ Up, food trucks and more! The event is BYOB; lawn chairs, picnic blankets and leashed pets welcome.
Event admission is free for spectators and parking is $5 (some activity charges such as food trucks, skating apply) and Hunger Free MISD will be on site to collect donations. Scroll down to support as a participant, sponsor or vendor!
2025 Nacho Daddy Car/Truck
Location: Warren Park, Hewitt, TX: 450 S. Old Temple Road
Gates will be open at 9:00 a.m., and registered entries must be in place no later than 10:30 a.m. The front gate will close at 10:30 a.m. due to safety. The show will run from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Awards will be presented on stage at 2:45 p.m. Register by April 1 to receive a goodie bag and Nacho Daddy Car Show t-shirt. Hunger Free MISD will be on site to collect donations.
Space is limited and payment secures your registration! No in and out between 11 am and 3 pm due to safety. Parking for all spectators is $5.

100+ spots available! Join us for this fun, annual event! GHC’s Nacho Daddy Car/Motorcycle Show at Warren Park in Hewitt, TX will be advertised on HewittChamber.com, Hewitt Express Magazine, Waco & the Heart of Texas, Digital billboard (Hewitt Drive), News 25, Astound Powered by Grande, The Bull 107.9, Facebook and Instagram, and we’re expecting a 3,000+ come and go attendance. Vendor cost is $60 for members and $110 for non-members. Limited to one per company.
Vendors are responsible for tables, chairs, tents and electricity. Selling allowed, wifi not available. 1 vendor parking pass per booth.
Gates will open at 9:00 a.m., and vendors must be in place with cars parked in general parking area no later than 10:30 a.m. Vehicles will not be allowed through the front vendor entrance gate after 10:30 a.m. due to safety and car show line-ups. The event will be from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. No tearing down until 3:00 p.m. Exclusive to one vendor per company. Vendors and all persons associated are expected to practice professional behavior and may be asked to leave event immediately by the hosting organization.
Vendors are expected to be respectful of others’ property and avoid conflict. Vendors are required to park in general parking by 10:45 am once unloading/set-up is complete. We ask that vendors do not tear down until 3:00 pm.
Please note that advertising/sponsorships/vendor reservations are not refundable as dollars go toward ongoing community development efforts. By registering, I will not hold the Greater Hewitt Chamber, City of Hewitt or its members, committee, staff or volunteers responsible for damages or injury incurred during the Nacho Daddy Car Show & Concert event on May. 17, 2025.

FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL DEADLINE FOR 2023 SPONSORS IS Jan. 15, 2025. Sponsorships are available to members only through the first right of refusal deadline window of Jan. 1, 2025 – Mar 31, 2025. Non GHCOC members may sponsor at a 20% increase after the first right of refusal window has expired or join and receive 25+ freebies with membership perks as well as 15% as a first-time member advertiser. If the Chamber were to cancel an event, options would be discussed for rescheduling. If the event was not rescheduled, the member would be responsible for paying 80% of the commitment from promotions received leading up to the event. Sponsorship payment due at time of reservation.

Hunger Free MISD sends backpacks full of nutritious food home with food insecure Midway students over weekends and holiday breaks. Students are selected from all ages and campuses based on counselor recommendations and parent acknowledgement.
