Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time. Our members help shelter the homeless, feed the hungry, mentor the disadvantaged and care for the sick. We develop young leaders, build playgrounds, raise funds for pediatric research and more. No problem is too big or too small. Working together, our members achieve what one person cannot accomplish alone. When you give a child a chance to learn, dream and succeed, great things happen!
Fish for a cause on May 2, 2020 – only $150 per team! The 2020 Hewitt Kiwanis Club Bass Tournament will award $3,000 to our first place team in addition to lots of other great prizes! The Club has purchased and donated a building for the Boy Scouts / Cub Scouts of Hewitt for their equipment storage in the past, and we award $1000 scholarships to graduating seniors at Midway High School each year. We also donate Christmas Baskets of food for less fortunate families during the holidays. It is a warm and wonderful feeling to be able to share with organizations that extend help and opportunity to children! That is what we are all about, and you are invaluable to our efforts! With your help and donations, we can make this year even better than last year.
