Lead Explosion

The 9th Annual Lead Explosion presented by Mr. Electric and eleserv will take place on June 25 at the Baylor Club President’s Suite and is a joint event hosted by the Greater Hewitt Chamber and Women of Waco networking organization which consists of both individual and group networking. The evening kicks off with cocktails followed by structured networking that enables attendees to reach a large group of local business leaders all at once.

Presenting Sponsorship $300 (SOLD TO MR. ELECTRIC AND ELESERV) – Business will be recognized as “event presented by” and receives prominent logo recognition on program recognition board displayed at event, all electronic event promotions and five minutes of speaking time after announcements; Presenting sponsor may place items on the tables and sponsorship includes attendee representative dinner.

Event Sponsors $100 (SOLD TO RIGHT AT HOME, RODAN & FIELDS, JAN THOMAS, SOCIAL MEDIA COWBOYS – 3 REMAINING) – Business receives logo recognition on electronic event promotions, name recognition on event signage, chamber/wow website and a two-minute spotlight; sponsorship includes attendee representative dinner.

Cocktail Sponsors $80 (SOLD TO SUGAR! 6 REMAINING) – Business receives name recognition on electronic event promotions and chamber/wow website; sponsorship includes attendee representative dinner.

Centerpiece Sponsor (13 available) – Business will contribute a centerpiece, $30-$40 value (be as creative as you’d like!). You may include brochures and marketing materials in your centerpiece to promote your business! Centerpiece sponsors are required to purchase an event ticket.

  • April 1 — Early-bird registration opens for Greater Hewitt Chamber and Women of Waco members, tickets $50 each.
  • June 1 — Starting June 1, member registration is $55 each.
  • June 1 — Non-member registration opens, and tickets are $65 each.
